VALORIZD is a platform that allows artists and content creators to create download gates for their content, requiring users to follow social media accounts or perform other engagement actions before accessing downloads.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

Content and Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All platform features, design, and functionality are owned by VALORIZD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription
